Managing Team Members

The “Team Members” section displays a list of all current members in your workspace. From here you can:
  • View all team members’ names and roles
  • Invite teammates when your plan supports team collaboration
  • Remove or reactivate members if your role can manage members
  • Change member roles if your role can manage members

Team Roles and Permissions

Ardor uses workspace roles with separate permissions for team management and billing management. This means the person who can add or manage teammates does not have to be the same person who can manage billing. The default workspace roles are:
  • Creator: Workspace owner. Can manage teammates, roles, and billing, and can view usage.
  • Admin: Can manage teammates and roles. Admins can also manage billing when the role includes billing permissions.
  • Member: Can work in the workspace, access shared resources, and view usage. Members do not manage teammates or billing by default.
Key permission areas:
  • Manage members: Invite teammates, cancel invites, remove or reactivate members, and change member roles.
  • Manage billing: Manage subscription, top-ups, extra usage settings, and billing details.
  • View usage: View workspace usage and quota status.
Choose each role based on what the person actually needs to do in the workspace.
